# Quick Study Tips

Stressing about school, but don’t have time to read a long article? I have some good news: you don’t have to spend a lot of time to learn useful strategies to boost your grades.

You only need the _willingness_ to try a new approach and _an idea_ to get started on.

The quick study tips below are your ideas. Don’t try to implement every single one right now. Just pick just one of the quick study tips to try right now. It won’t feel like you are revolutionizing your results right away, but this is a long-term, manageable strategy to be an amazing college student.

Not sure where to start? Ask yourself what about your studies are you _most frustrated with_? Is it:

- studying regularly?
- preparing for exams?
- balancing school, work, and family?
- managing your time efficiently?
- something else?

It’s important to consider what you are most frustrated with because this is the first problem to solve. You want to choose an area where you will feel relief! Pick one of the quick study tips you think could help ease your frustration and apply it. Practice it every day for at least a week.

If it is working for you, keep it up!

If you don’t feel it has helped at all, don’t give up. First, ask yourself if you’ve given it your best effort all week long. If so, try a different strategy instead. If you keep trying different approaches you will find the one that works best for you and your current frustration will be a thing of the past. This is how we create academic confidence and earn our best grades.
